The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the traditional ways we deal with grief and bereavement. Due to restrictions and social distancing measures it may not be possible to come together to offer comfort and condolences when someone dies or to have a funeral.

The Irish Hospice Foundation have also prepared a document in response to Coronavirus (Grieving in Exceptional Times*) which offers advice to those bereaved and how to support those who have been bereaved as a result of Coronavirus.
